Purpose of the role
Effectively coordinating, obtaining and processing the all India level inquiries, seeking faster and best prices from pricing team and converting maximum inquiries in to final booking while ensuring delightful experience to customer.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
• Ensuring that all the inquiries generated are promptly acted upon by various CS desks cross India and there is no communication gap in working teams.
• Coordinating with appropriate board members/internal teammates and resolving the operational problems promptly to avoid delays and loss of business opportunities.
• Continuously coordinating with agents for inquiries, market/competitor related information, operational follow up, new inquiry updates, recent container
movements, problems that need to solved etc. and driving the matters to faster completion.
• Monitoring continuous service levels and effective interdepartmental interactions for faster bookings and business completion.
• Staying continuously updated on container movement, project status of various customers and ensuring prompt updates /responses to customers.
• Effectively coordinating with inventory, M&R and operations departments to ensure that no business is lost due to lack of availability of containers or any other operational issues.
• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of various routine CS MIS reports. Updates on status of inquiries generated by sales and marketing, confirmation, conversion, lost leads the justifications.
Educational Qualifications and experience
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years.
